Clarins E-Gift Certificates | Redeeming an E-Gift Certificate

E-Gift Certificates purchased on Clarins.com may only be redeemed online and cannot be redeemed in our Clarins retail or specialty store locations. 


To redeem your electronic gift certificate: 

1) Register or sign into your account on www.Clarins.com. This is necessary in order to activate and
validate your e-Gift Certificate and ensure its authenticity.

2) Select the items you wish to purchase on Clarins.com.

3) Proceed to checkout, following the step-by-step instructions.  

4) When you reach the Billing Page during checkout, please enter your e-Gift Certificate number in the box indicated and click on “Apply”.

5) Your e-Gift Certificate balance will automatically be applied to your purchase. If your order total exceeds your balance, you will be asked for a valid credit card.

6) Click "Submit Order" as the final step in the checkout process.

  • If the amount of your e-Gift Certificate (s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.
  • For purchases, you can pay with a valid credit card plus an e-Gift Certificate (s) and a promotional code, if applicable.
  • You may apply more than one gift certificate to your order, but you must apply them one at a time. If there is a balance remaining on your order, you will be able to add another certificate after you click “Apply”.
  • E-Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by state law).
  • Clarins is not responsible for and cannot replace lost or stolen e-Gift Certificates.
  • The total value of the e-Gift Certificate will be applied against the total order amount, including sales tax and shipping charges.

When you click on our Gifts & Sets section, you see your available e-Gift Certificate funds and balance. You just have to enter your e-Gift Certificate number in the box indicated and click “Check Balance”. Your certificates/points do not expire and can be used at any time. You can use your e-Gift certificate balance to order any item on Clarins.com. Note: We cannot guarantee product prices and availability.
