You can use the gift card to buy products on Clarins.com and in Clarins boutiques.
Where can I use my gift card?
You can use the gift card to buy products in the US on Clarins.com and in the following Clarins boutiques: Clarksburg, Desert Hills, Las Vegas, Orlando, San Francisco, Sawgrass, Seattle, Woodbury, Wrentham.
How can I check my gift card balance?
Simply create an account or log in to your Clarins.com account and click on the “Gift Card” section under My Account. Enter the gift card number and click "Check Balance." To check the balance in-store just ask the cashier.
How does the gift card work?
It's very easy to use! On Clarins.com, select "Add a Gift Card" during the payment step. Enter your gift card number and PIN code. If your gift card doesn't cover the full amount, you can cover the remaining balance with another form of payment.
For in-store purchases, pay with it directly at the cashier.
What is the expiration date of the gift card?
The gift card never expires!
Can the gift card be used more than once?
Yes, you can use the gift card until the total amount has been redeemed. You can check the remaining balance under My Account on Clarins.com in the “Gift Card” section. To check the balance in-store just ask the cashier.
Where can I send the gift card?
During checkout you can specify the shipping address for your gift card. You could send it to yourself or directly to the recipient.
Please note: As with any order, all items must be shipped to the same recipient. If you need to buy products as well as a gift card, and you need to ship them to two separate addresses or recipients, please place multiple orders.
Can I exchange my gift card or receive a refund for my gift card?
No, it is not possible to exchange or receive a refund for your gift card.
Can I benefit from the current promotional offer on Clarins.com when buying a gift card?
Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of gift cards on Clarins.com. The value of the gift card you are purchasing is not used to determine promotional thresholds. You could benefit from the current promotional Clarins.com offer if, in addition to the gift card, you purchase Clarins products that are eligible for the offer and meet the order value threshold.
